Maybe just bad luck. Nice ambience and friendly staff. BUT waiting 45 minutes for the ordered cake is not possible. Despite the memory, there was still no cake. Then we went to Butzbach without having eaten any cake and compensated us with delicious ice cream.

The whole courtyard, café and restaurant area is very nicely designed. The food is delicious, the service is good, and the prices are reasonable. The Birkenhof is easy to reach by bike, via small paths and streets - a clear recommendation.

That was the best thing that could have happened to us as an ambience for our daughter's wedding! Starting with the preliminary meetings with the boss, an indescribably attentive and very professional service, the buffet surpassed everything, there was a quick solution for every request, we are completely thrilled and would like to take this opportunity to thank the great team from the birkenhof again!
